If you continue within 60 days of your last Foundations session, everything you paid counts toward the Full Course. You add two more medicine sessions and a third integration session, and pay only the difference.
Your first step is a free 15-minute call. Nothing is charged until we both agree the program is a fit for you.
Pay in full and save, or split the cost. Your first payment is due when you enroll, and the rest are spread across your program before your later medicine sessions.
You can stop at any point. If it isn’t helping, we’ll talk honestly and adjust or look at other options. Unused medicine sessions are refunded on a prorated basis.
I’m a self-pay practice and don’t bill insurance. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for this care; check with your plan. I can provide an itemized receipt.
New clients start with Foundations or the Full Course, because preparation and integration are what make the medicine sessions work. Booster sessions are available once you’ve completed a program.
In many ketamine programs you pay a prescriber and a therapist separately. Here the evaluation, the prescription, the medicine and the therapy all come from me, in one price.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who aren’t using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your service or item. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
